Product Lifecycle Announcement of January 2011

The following product lifecycle changes will take place as noted below. See the Product Lifecycle Categories section below for the meaning of each product lifecycle category. Except for PI/Open, all products have newer versions available.

Effective December 31, 2011 the following product versions will move into End of Service (EOS) status:

Product Lifecycle Categories

End of Service (EOS)

Technical support will no longer maintain old platform versions for problem reproduction. Licenses and maintenance are available. Customers on maintenance may call for assistance, access the on-line knowledge base and obtain product upgrades, if newer versions are available.

End of Life (EOL)

The product version has been withdrawn from sales. New or additional licenses are no longer available. Maintenance is available. Customers on maintenance may call for assistance, access the on-line knowledgebase and obtain product upgrades, if newer versions are available.
